Privacy policy

This policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose. Oscova Agents runs entirely on your own hardware, and we built it so that we never receive your data at all.

The short version

We collect nothing. Zero data collection, zero data retention. Your conversations, files, schedules, agent definitions, and credentials live on the machine you installed the product on. They never reach us, so we cannot read them, store them, share them, or lose them.

This website

These are static pages. There are no analytics scripts, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no forms. We do not ask for your email address anywhere, and we do not keep a mailing list. Your visit here leaves nothing behind with us.

The product

There is no account to create with us and no login to our servers. The runtime sends no telemetry, no usage statistics, and no crash reports. The only signal we ever see is the aggregate download count of our packages on NuGet, which NuGet collects as part of operating its registry; it tells us how many times a package was downloaded and nothing about you or how you use the software.

Third-party providers you connect

If you choose to configure a cloud model or service provider, the prompts and data you send to it go directly from your machine to that provider, under that provider's own privacy policy, using an API key you supplied. That is your choice to make per provider and per agent, and you can revoke it at any time. If you use local models only, everything stays on the box.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. There is no mailing list to notify because we have no email addresses.

Effective date: 3 July 2026
