AnalyzeImageTool(IChatClient)
Exposes a single-image vision call as an AI tool. Constructed per-run with the same Microsoft.Extensions.AI.IChatClient the chat agent is using, so the tool always routes image analysis through the currently selected (vision-capable) provider.
