GetAvailableModelsAsync(ModelProviderConfig, string?, CancellationToken)

Returns the available models for the supplied configuration, including any metadata the provider can report (context window, capabilities). Providers that expose only ids return Oscova.Agents.Llm.ModelDescriptor instances with null metadata.
